The ProHub Employee Operations Alerts program sends internal, non-promotional SMS messages from Modern Air Design to participating employees.
SMS Terms
Messages may include project assignments, schedule changes, priority job updates, project chat notifications, work reminders, and similar operational information. Message frequency varies based on work activity and the alert categories selected in ProHub.
Consent
Employees opt in by signing in to ProHub, entering or confirming their mobile number, choosing alert categories, and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment. Employees may update their preferences or withdraw consent at any time.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, no further program messages will be sent unless the employee opts in again by replying START or enabling SMS in ProHub. Reply HELP for assistance or email brian.mignery@modernairdesign.com.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled according to the ProHub SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
Modern Air Design may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes may require renewed consent.
