This policy explains how Modern Air Design uses mobile information for the ProHub employee SMS alert program. The program provides internal operational notifications to employees who choose to participate.
Information we collect
We may collect an employee's mobile telephone number, SMS consent and withdrawal history, selected notification preferences, message delivery status, and limited technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
How we use mobile information
Mobile information is used to deliver requested ProHub alerts, including project assignments, schedule changes, priority updates, project communication notices, and related operational messages. It may also be used to maintain consent records, process STOP and HELP requests, prevent abuse, and investigate delivery problems.
No marketing sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers, including our messaging provider, only as necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the ProHub SMS service.
Choice and control
Participation is optional. Employees can disable SMS in ProHub or reply STOP to any program message. Reply START to opt in again after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Retention and security
We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to document messaging authorization and honor employee choices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
